| Fares are
determined by the number of "grids" you pass through. Each box on the map below
represents a "grid". The number of grids are counted in horizontal and vertical
increments only. There are 272 grids in Medina County. The
following is an example of fare determination: If a passenger
travels from grid R-14 to grid M-8, the public, one-way fare would be
$3.10.
Children under 6 years old ride free when accompanied by an adult. Children 4 years of age or younger and under 40 pounds MUST ride in a car seat provided by the accompanying adult. Medina County Transit WILL NOT provide car seats for these passengers. |

| To schedule a
reservation, call the Transit Office between 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Reservations may be made up to two weeks in advance, but be sure to call at least
24 hours before you plan to travel.
Medical Appointments: If you are traveling to a medical or other appointment where you have little schedule flexibility, call as soon as possible to schedule your ride. |

| OLDER ADULTS | Persons 60 years or older may ride to certain destinations without paying a fare, but are requested to make a donation. To qualify to ride for a donation, you must first register with the Medina County Office for Older Adults. |
| PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES | Persons with a mental, physical, or developmental disability may be eligible for fare assistance. Personal aides accompanying passengers with disabilities ride free. |
| OHIO WORKS FIRST (OWF) PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS | Persons with low income may be eligible for assistance through the Medina County Job and Family Services Dept. |

"Rack & Roll" Program
Now you can take your bike with you on the Medina City Loop Routes. The Loop buses have racks with easy loading and unloading features that hold two bikes. You can take your bike with you and leave the traffic to us! There is no extra charge for bringing your bike. |
