PrePay Tax Program 
  an Installment Plan to Assist Taxpayers
For many people, accumulating a large sum of money to pay taxes twice yearly is difficult. The Pre-Payment Escrow Account is a program tailored to your modern lifestyle. You most likely receive income weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly, and your bills generally come due on a monthly basis. We saw a need for taxpayers to be able to budget for their real estate tax payments on a monthly basis.
  • The Prepay Tax Program is for current real estate taxes.
  • You will enter into an Escrow Agreement with the County Treasurer.
  • Coupons are issued to you, allowing you to make monthly tax payments.
  • Half-year taxes are divided into equal payments.
  • No service charges.
