OF WAR: Former
prisoners of war (POW's) who were held captive for at least 30 days are
entitled to a presumption of service connection for
disabilities resulting from certain diseases if they manifest to a
degree of 10% or greater, regardless how long after release from
active duty the problems were discovered.
